Welcome to Chateau 850!

We invite your family to come relax in our beautiful  condo, located steps away from the gorgeous Emerald Coast. Our unit is located on the second floor, making it very convenient in case the elevators are busy!  With a full upgrade in January 2022, you will find every thing you need, including a coffee bar complete with Keurig K-Duo Plus Brewer!  Our condo is family friendly and we have every comfort you would want while on vacation! The master bedroom has a queen bed (comfortable mattress, LOTS of pillows),  Smart TV, and a full private ensuite bathroom.  The bunk room has twin bunk beds and another full bathroom. We take pride in providing you an immaculate place to stay and we wash ALL bedding (including comforters) after EVERY guest to ensure you have CLEAN linen. You will feel right at home in our comfortable living room that has a sleeper sofa, books, games and another smart TV.  The kitchen is fully stocked with enough utensils to make any chef happy.  Our favorite area is the spacious balcony overlooking the resort lake, where you can enjoy some morning coffee or a late night glass of wine. Our unit is tucked away in a quiet area of the resort that allows for maximum privacy.  For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the condo.  We even provide beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella! Just bring your own flip flops!  

Laketown Wharf is a gated community, complete with 24-hour on-site security.  With five pools (one heated), including a dedicated kiddie pool, the resort is family-friendly.  Other amenities include large sunning decks with beach views, hot tubs, multiple on-site restaurants, a hair-and-nail salon, a putting green, a clean gym, on-site parking, and a beautiful boardwalk with lots of seating. You will also want to watch the water show that occurs nightly at 8pm.  Located across the street from the Gulf, your toes will be in the sand in no time! Laketown Wharf also has it own private beach access, located next to the famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

• Our minimum age to rent is 25.
• NO pets are allowed for guests. If a pet is discovered during your stay, you will be subject to loss of deposit plus immediate eviction and forfeiture of refund. 
• NO smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.  This includes all tobacco products, marijuana (whether prescribed or not), illicit drugs. If evidence of smoking is discovered during your stay, you will be subject to loss of deposit plus immediate eviction and forfeiture of refund.
• There is a one time $85 resort fee that is NOT included in your quote and it will need to be paid directly to the resort.  This is a ONE time fee that covers parking and amenities. You will be issued bracelets for each member of your party (max of 6) and each member is expected to wear bracelet while on property.  This helps to keep our resort secure and ensure that everyone utilizing our pools are actual guests of the resort. 
• We provide linens, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, beach wagon, beach items (chairs, beach towels, wagon, sand toys). We do NOT provide toiletries such as shower soap, shampoo or lotions.  We provided these items in the past and we quickly realized that most people prefer to bring their own shampoo and ours was a wasted expense. Thank you for understanding.  We also suggest you bring laundry soap. 
• Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, flatware, glasses. Coffee bar with a Keurig that takes K-cups and also coffee grounds!
